Response Times

We aim to respond to all email enquiries within 1–2 business days. For urgent account or billing issues, please include "Urgent" in your subject line and we'll prioritise your request accordingly.

We're a small team, so we appreciate your patience. Every message is read by a real person — we don't use auto-responders or ticket systems. If you don't hear back within three days, feel free to follow up.

Feature Requests & Feedback

We actively build Liner based on user feedback. If you have an idea for a feature, a workflow improvement, or a new integration you'd like to see, let us know. We read every message and prioritise features that help musicians stay in creative flow. Past user requests have shaped Spotify import, frame color-coding, and the AI track ordering feature.

Bug Reports

Found something broken? Include the browser you're using, what you were doing when the issue occurred, and any error messages you saw. Screenshots help too. We take stability seriously — Liner stores your data locally, so bugs that affect your boards are our highest priority.
